I felt

I love felt. I love wearing it, looking at it, making it, talking about it... I make both needle and wet felt using merino wool. There's something amazing about the process of making felt. You start with a little bit of wool, some warm water, soap (or felting needles) and some elbow grease. In a short time, as if by magic, the wool will have become a piece of felt. I'm still surprised each time it happens.
